Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your boots, begin by ensuring a proper fit; because these are made of thick leather, the fit should be snug but not restrictive. If the boots feel stiff initially, use a high-quality leather conditioner to soften the material. For maintenance, wipe away mud and grime after every use using a damp cloth. If the leather becomes wet, allow the boots to air-dry naturally at room temperature—avoid placing them directly against heaters, as this can crack the leather. Regularly check the outsole for any embedded debris that could compromise grip and treat the leather with water-repellent sprays to maintain the waterproof membrane's effectiveness.
