FAQs
Does the bin come with liners?
The set does not include bin liners, but it is compatible with most standard small 3-litre bin liners.
Can I replace just the brush head?
The brush is designed as a complete unit; for best hygiene results, it is recommended to replace the entire brush when bristles show signs of wear.
Is the black finish prone to fingerprints?
While the matte finish is durable, you can wipe it down with a damp microfiber cloth to remove any accidental fingerprints or water spots.
What are the dimensions of the bin?
The bin has a 3-litre capacity, making it highly compact for small spaces, though exact physical dimensions may vary slightly by production batch.
How often should I clean the brush?
To maintain the effectiveness of the antibacterial treatment, it is advised to rinse the brush after each use and allow it to dry slightly before returning it to the holder.
Troubleshooting
The soft-close lid is closing too quickly or not at all.
Check the hinge mechanism for any debris or obstructions and ensure the lid is properly seated on the frame.
The automatic brush holder is sticking.
Verify that the brush handle is correctly aligned with the opening mechanism and ensure no buildup of scale or soap scum has occurred in the pivot points.
Pros and Cons

- Soft-close lid adds a touch of quality and reduces noise
- Antibacterial bristles promote a cleaner environment

- Easy-to-clean removable inner bucket
Cons

- Pedal mechanism requires floor clearance to operate
- Limited to smaller vanity waste only
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup is simple: place the bin and brush set on a flat, level surface in your bathroom to ensure stability. For the bin, insert a small bin liner if desired, tucking the edges under the inner bucket rim. For cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a soft, damp cloth on the exterior surfaces; avoid using abrasive scourers as these may damage the black finish. The inner bucket should be rinsed periodically to prevent odor buildup. For the toilet brush, it is recommended to rinse it in the clean water of the bowl after use before returning it to its holder to keep the interior of the container dry and hygienic.
