Monitor not reaching 120Hz refresh rate

Verify that your cable (HDMI 2.1 or DP 1.4) supports the bandwidth and that your graphics card drivers are updated.

USB-C device not charging

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Industry-leading color accuracy for professionals
  • Ultra-fast 0.1ms response time
  • Comprehensive connectivity including USB-C 96W PD
  • Highly adjustable ergonomic stand
  • Robust build quality with scratch-resistant film

Cons

  • OLED technology requires care to avoid burn-in
  • Reflective glare management is dependent on ambient lighting
  • More expensive than standard IPS professional monitors

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward via the included ergonomic stand, which offers 13cm of height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and 90-degree pivot capabilities for portrait workflows. For connectivity, ensure your PC supports DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 to take full advantage of the 4K 120Hz signal. When using the USB-C port for 96W Power Delivery, ensure your host device supports USB-PD standards.

Care for the QD-OLED panel is critical: avoid leaving static images, such as taskbars or software tool palettes, on the screen for extended periods. Utilize the monitor's built-in power-saving settings and screen savers. Clean the screen only with a soft, dry microfibre cloth; do not use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials that could damage the anti-glare layer.
