The ASUS BE27ACGN is a 27-inch QHD (2560x1440) monitor designed for business professionals seeking enhanced productivity and a streamlined workspace. Its key benefit is the integrated USB-C docking station, offering a single-cable solution for data, video, and up to 96W of laptop charging, alongside an RJ45 port for stable wired networking. A potential caveat for some users may be the 120Hz refresh rate, which, while excellent for general use and productivity, might not be the absolute top-tier for professional competitive gaming.

Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the monitor and a working wall outlet. Try a different outlet. Check if the power indicator light is on.
Verify that the video cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C) is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer. Ensure the correct input source is selected on the monitor via the OSD menu. Restart the computer and the monitor.
Check the video cable connection for damage or looseness. Ensure the display resolution and refresh rate are set correctly in your computer's display settings and are supported by the monitor (2560x1440 at 120Hz). Update your graphics card drivers.
Confirm that your laptop's USB-C port supports Power Delivery and that the cable used is rated for sufficient wattage (at least 96W for full charging speed). Check your laptop's power settings.
Ensure the monitor's volume is turned up and not muted in the OSD settings. Check that the monitor is selected as the audio output device in your computer's sound settings.
Verify the Ethernet cable is securely plugged into the monitor and the network source. Try a different Ethernet cable and network port. Ensure monitor drivers are up-to-date if applicable.
