FAQs

Are these pants true to size?

Yes, they follow standard waist sizing, though the fit is 'relaxed' which provides a bit more room in the legs.

Can I put these in the dryer?

It is highly recommended to air dry these jeans to protect the raw-edge patches and prevent the denim from shrinking.

What is the material composition?

These pants are crafted from durable, high-quality denim optimized for comfort and longevity.

How do I identify authentic ICECREAM denim?

Authentic pairs feature the signature branded rivets, high-quality embroidery at the coin pocket, and the distinctive Running Dog appliqué.

Is the light wash blue the only color available?

This specific model is designed in a light wash blue to highlight the details of the appliqué.

Troubleshooting

Appliqué fraying excessively

The raw-edge design is intentional. If stray threads become too long, carefully trim them with sharp fabric scissors, but avoid cutting near the seam.

Button closure feels stiff

This is common with new premium denim hardware. Gently cycle the button through the hole several times to soften the denim around the fly area.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Unique, high-quality aesthetic details like raw-edge appliqués
Relaxed fit provides excellent comfort for all-day wear
Premium hardware including custom branded rivets
Iconic streetwear branding that pairs well with sneakers and casual apparel

Cons

Raw-edge design may require extra care during cleaning to prevent fraying
Specific sizing (28) may have limited availability compared to standard retail cuts
Denim requires proper care to maintain the light wash appearance

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your jeans remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:

Cleaning: Hand wash or use a delicate machine cycle with cold water to protect the raw-edge appliqués.
Drying: Air dry only. Avoid high-heat tumble drying, as this can degrade the denim fibers and damage the embroidery.
Storage: Hang the pants by the waistband or fold them neatly to keep the appliqué patches flat.
Compatibility: These pants feature a standard waist size and a relaxed cut, making them compatible with most casual footwear from chunky sneakers to boots.
