The NARS Notorious Mascara is designed for makeup enthusiasts seeking a dramatic, lifted lash look with minimal effort. Its standout benefit is the lightweight 3D Film-Flex formula that provides a smudge-resistant hold for up to 16 hours, making it perfect for long days. However, users should note that because it is designed for maximum definition, those who prefer a very natural, "no-makeup" look may find the volume-building effect quite intense even after a single coat.

It is smudge and flake-resistant for up to 16 hours, but it is not explicitly classified as waterproof.
It is generally not recommended to use standard mascaras on professional lash extensions as the ingredients can break down the adhesive bond.
Most users find that a single coat provides excellent lift and volume, but you can build up to two coats for a more dramatic effect.
No, the 3D Film-Flex technology is designed to hold the curl while keeping the lashes flexible and weightless.
While it is formulated for standard use, those with extreme sensitivities should patch test or consult the ingredient list before application.
Ensure the cap is screwed on tightly after every use. If the tube is older than 3 months, it may be time for a replacement.
The long-wear polymers require an oil-based cleanser. Saturate a cotton pad with remover, press gently against closed eyes for 15 seconds, and wipe away.
To ensure the longevity of your NARS Notorious Mascara, always close the tube tightly after each use to prevent the formula from drying out. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Compatibility: This mascara is suitable for most skin types. Because it is a long-wear formula, it is recommended to use an oil-based makeup remover or a dedicated eye makeup cleanser to break down the film-forming polymers effectively without tugging at the delicate eye area.
Care: Avoid pumping the wand in and out of the tube, as this forces air into the container, which can lead to faster product expiration and clumping.
