Use the metal pin buckles to adjust the strap length for a customized fit.

What kind of sole do the sandals have?

Troubleshooting

Straps feel too tight or loose.

Adjust the metal pin buckles to achieve a comfortable and secure fit. Ensure the straps are not too tight, which can cause discomfort, or too loose, which can affect stability.

Footbed feels uncomfortable initially.

The cork footbed needs to mold to your foot. Wear the sandals for short periods at first, gradually increasing the wear time as the footbed conforms to your foot shape.

Cork footbed is drying out.

Apply a cork sealant regularly to keep the cork moisturized and prevent cracking. Avoid exposing the sandals to excessive heat or sunlight.
