adidas Adidas Spiritain 2000 - Black - Trainers - UK 9

The Spiritain 2000 trainers are designed for everyday comfort and casual wear, not for specialized high-performance athletic events like marathons. For marathon running, dedicated running shoes with advanced cushioning and support would be more appropriate.

These trainers are best suited for casual wear, daily activities, walking, and light training sessions.

Refer to a standard UK sizing chart and measure your foot length. The provided listing is for a UK size 9.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as it can damage the materials and construction. Spot clean with a damp cloth for best results.

While this listing is for black, the Spiritain 2000 series is available in other colors such as grey, with various sibling products listed in different colorways.

These trainers are not designed to be waterproof. They offer standard protection against light moisture but are not suitable for heavy rain or wet conditions.

Ensure you are wearing appropriate socks. If the issue persists, consider trying a half-size larger or breaking them in with short periods of wear.

Ensure the trainers are being used for their intended purpose (casual wear, light training) and not for high-impact sports. Clean the soles regularly to prevent debris buildup.

This can sometimes occur with new, dark-colored footwear. Wearing darker socks initially can help mitigate this. The issue usually resolves after a few wears as the excess dye is removed.
