FAQs
Can these boots be used on artificial grass?
No, the Truco III is specifically designed for indoor court surfaces and does not have the lug pattern required for artificial grass.
Are these boots true to size?
Yes, they typically fit true to standard UK sizing for adult football boots.
How do I clean the exterior of the boots?
Use a soft cloth and a mild soap solution, then wipe them down with a dry towel. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing.
Are these suitable for wide feet?
The fit is relatively standard; players with significantly wide feet may prefer to break them in gradually or try a half size up if necessary.
Do these boots provide arch support?
They feature a standard athletic insole which provides basic support, though they can be replaced with custom orthopedic insoles if needed.
Troubleshooting
Slipping during indoor play
Ensure the soles are free of dust buildup, as indoor court particles can act like ball bearings under the shoe.
Feeling too tight around the instep
Loosen the lacing starting from the bottom eyelets to relieve pressure points before tightening.

Cons
- Not suitable for outdoor grass or turf fields

- Limited cushioning compared to professional-grade high-impact trainers
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your PUMA Truco III boots maintain their performance:
- Setup: Adjust the laces before your first match to find your ideal tension. A tighter lockdown at the midfoot is generally preferred for indoor stability.
- Compatibility: These boots are exclusively for indoor surfaces. Do not use them on concrete or abrasive outdoor surfaces as this will accelerate wear on the soleplate.
- Care: After each use, remove loose dust or debris with a soft brush. If the boots become damp, remove the insoles and air dry them in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators, as this can damage the synthetic materials and compromise the adhesive bond of the sole.
