No, the Farrow 6 Drawer Chest arrives fully assembled and ready for use.

What are the dimensions of the drawers?

Each drawer measures approximately: Height 15.5cm, Width 49cm, and Depth 29.3cm.

What material is the chest made from?

It is constructed from a combination of solid and manufactured wood.

How should I clean the washed oak finish?

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. A slightly damp cloth can be used for more stubborn marks, followed by immediate drying. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

What style of decor does this chest best suit?

The washed oak finish and silver knobs complement natural, light, rustic, coastal, farmhouse, and Scandinavian interior styles.

Are the drawer knobs a standard size?

The drawer knobs are silver-toned and round, providing a contemporary look. While specific measurements for the knobs are not provided, they are designed to fit the chest's aesthetic.

What is the finish on the wood?

The chest features a light protective lacquer over a washed oak effect finish, which enhances the visible wood grain for a textured, rustic style.

Troubleshooting

Drawers are stiff or difficult to open/close.

Ensure the chest is on a level surface. Check for any obstructions inside the drawer runners. Lightly dust the runners.

Finish appears dull or scratched.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For minor scratches, a furniture polish specifically designed for lacquered wood may help restore some shine, but avoid excessive use.

Silver knobs feel loose.

Gently tighten the screws on the back of the drawer fronts that secure the knobs. Avoid over-tightening.
