Drawer is stiff or difficult to open/close

Ensure the chest is on a level surface. Check for any obstructions inside the drawer runners. Gently ensure the drawer is seated correctly on its runners.

White oil finish appears dull or stained

Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to wipe the affected area. For stubborn marks, consult a furniture care guide specific to oiled finishes, or contact Roseland Furniture customer support for recommendations. Avoid using general household cleaners.
