FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for marathons?
Yes, the PWRRUN cushioning and 35mm heel height are designed to provide the support and comfort required for long-distance efforts.
How often should I replace my Guide 19s?
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300-500 miles depending on your running surface and gait.
Can I use these for gym workouts?
While excellent for running and light cross-training, they are optimized for forward motion; they may feel too cushioned for heavy lateral-movement exercises.
Are they true to size?
The Guide 19 is designed for a secure, standard athletic fit. If you prefer extra room for toe splay, some runners choose to size up by half.
How do I clean the white or light-coloured elements?
Spot clean with a mixture of mild dish soap and warm water using a soft toothbrush or cloth.
Troubleshooting
Feeling of slippage in the heel
Try the 'runner's loop' or heel-lock lacing technique to secure the foot more firmly in the collar.
Accumulation of dust or debris in mesh
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently sweep away loose particles from the breathable fabric upper.

Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe away surface dirt with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, as high heat can damage the foam cushioning.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the materials.
