Its key benefit is the hands-free slip-on design combined with Air-Cooled Memory Foam for superior cushioning. FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
The adaptive closure system allows for some adjustment, but these are generally designed for standard width feet. If your child has significantly wide feet, they may be more comfortable in a traditional lace-up shoe.
Can my child wear these for organized sports?
These shoes are excellent for general play and light sports. For highly specialized or demanding sports requiring specific ankle support, consider a sport-specific shoe.
How do I know if I have the right size?
Ensure there is a finger's width of space between the longest toe and the end of the shoe. The heel should feel secure without slipping when walking.
What is the benefit of the heel pillow?
The heel pillow provides extra padding and support around the ankle, enhancing comfort and helping to keep the shoe securely in place.
Can these be washed in a washing machine?
No, it is not recommended to machine wash these sneakers. Hand-cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap is the best method for care.
What age group are these sneakers best for?
These sneakers are ideal for kids, particularly those who are developing independence in dressing themselves, typically preschool and early school ages.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too loose
Adjust the adaptive closure system to tighten the fit around the midfoot. Ensure the heel pillow is correctly positioned.
Difficulty slipping foot in
Ensure the shoe is fully open. Try wiggling the foot gently. Check if the size is appropriate.
Insole feels stiff
The Air-Cooled Memory Foam may require a short break-in period. Wear the shoes for short durations initially until they conform to the foot.
Dirt accumulation on outsole
Wipe the outsole with a damp cloth after use. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush with mild soap and water, then rinse and air dry.
