FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
The adaptive closure offers some adjustability, but they are designed for standard width feet. For very wide feet, the fit might not be optimal.
Can kids wear these for sports practice?
Yes, they are suitable for general sports and active play due to their cushioning and supportive design, but may not be specialized for high-impact or competitive sports.
How do I clean the Air-Cooled Memory Foam insole?
The insole is integrated. Clean the exterior of the shoe as per care instructions. For the interior, a damp cloth can be used, and it should be air-dried thoroughly.
What is the main benefit of the Hands Free Slip-Ins feature?
The primary benefit is the ease and speed of putting on and taking off the shoes without needing to bend down or tie laces, promoting independence for children.
Do these shoes come in other colors?
Skechers offers the Go Run series in various colors. This specific listing is for the black variant. Other color options may be available through different product listings.
What age group are these shoes intended for?
These shoes are designed for kids and are ideal for children who can manage the slip-in mechanism independently or with minimal assistance.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too loose or too tight
Adjust the adaptive closure straps. If still not fitting perfectly, consider trying a different size or a model with a more traditional lacing system.
Insole feels flat after prolonged use
The Air-Cooled Memory Foam is designed for lasting comfort. If significant flattening occurs, it may be time to consider a replacement pair.
Difficulty slipping feet in
Ensure the heel pillow is not obstructing the entry. For first-time users, it might take a few tries to get the hang of the slip-in motion. Ensure the child is not pushing their foot down at an angle that traps the heel.
