Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your boots last, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Breaking In: Wear them for short durations indoors initially to allow the leather and elastic panels to mold to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the leather. For deeper cleaning, use a specialized leather cleaner applied with a soft cloth.
- Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner every few months to keep the material supple and prevent cracking.
- Storage: Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to maintain the integrity of the memory foam and adhesive bonds.
- Fit: These boots fit true to size. If you plan on wearing thick wool socks, ensure you account for the additional volume.
