Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Rieker boots last, follow these care and setup guidelines:
- Fitting: Utilize the lace-up system to achieve your desired tightness, then use the side zip for future entry to avoid readjusting the laces daily.
- Customization: If you require extra arch support, lift the factory insole out and insert your own orthotic device.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may strip the water-resistant treatment.
- Drying: If the boots become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp materials or cause the glue to degrade.
