The Rieker 79525 Middleham boots are designed for adults seeking a blend of comfort, warmth, and reliable performance during the autumn months. These ankle boots feature a cozy fleece lining and a water-resistant membrane to keep feet dry in light rain, though users should note they are best suited for urban settings rather than heavy winter hiking or deep snow.

They feature a water-resistant membrane designed to protect against light rain and moisture, but they are not fully waterproof for submersion.
Yes, the Middleham boots feature removable insoles, making it easy to swap them for your own custom orthotics.
These boots have a 4cm heel, which provides a comfortable and supportive lift.
Use the laces to set the initial tightness for your foot volume, then use the side zipper for everyday convenience.
They are ideal for autumn and mild winter days due to the fleece lining, though they are not specialized snow boots.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth and consider using a dry wax or graphite pencil on the zipper teeth to improve glide.
Because the insoles are removable, they can easily be replaced with fresh aftermarket inserts to restore cushioning.
For the best fit, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension before your first wear, then rely on the side zipper for daily use. To maintain the appearance and functionality of the synthetic upper and fleece lining, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth after exposure to mud or salt. If the boots become saturated, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent material damage. The removable insoles can be taken out periodically to air out or lightly hand-washed if necessary.
