Full details
The Under Armour Charged Surge 4 trainers are designed for active adults who prioritize a lightweight, breathable, and cushioned experience for daily movement. These versatile shoes leverage a Charged Cushioning midsole for responsive support and a personalized fit through the Deluxe Comfort System sockliner, making them an excellent choice for walking, casual workouts, or long days on your feet; however, users should note that they are optimized for moderate activity rather than high-intensity specialized athletic training.

FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
They are designed for light jogging and everyday movement, though for dedicated long-distance running, you may prefer a more specialized performance shoe.
Can I remove the sockliner?
Yes, the Deluxe Comfort System sockliner is removable if you need to insert your own custom orthotics.
How do I keep the white mesh clean?
Spot clean with mild soap and water immediately after they get dirty to prevent stains from setting into the mesh fabric.
Are these trainers waterproof?
No, they feature a breathable mesh upper designed for airflow, which means they are not water-resistant.
What is the primary use for Charged Cushioning?
Charged Cushioning is engineered to absorb impact and convert it into a responsive, bouncy feel for energy return during daily activities.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight across the midfoot
Adjust the lacing system to be looser through the mid-section or consider using a thinner sock.
Slippage in the heel area
Ensure you are using the final eyelet in a 'runner's loop' configuration to lock the heel in place.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Under Armour Charged Surge 4 trainers remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Breaking In: While comfortable out of the box, wear them for shorter durations for the first few days to allow the Deluxe Comfort System sockliner to fully adapt to your foot anatomy.
- Sizing: These trainers are available in standard adult sizing; ensure you select your regular athletic shoe size for the best fit.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud or dust from the mesh. Wipe the synthetic overlays with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging in a washing machine, as this can degrade the foam and adhesive materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the midsole foam from drying out or yellowing.
