No, the Handball Spezial is a lifestyle trainer designed for walking and leisure, not for high-impact running or intense athletic training.
They generally follow standard adidas sizing; however, since they feature a slim, low-profile fit, those with wider feet may consider going up half a size.
Use a specialized sneaker cleaning solution or a mild soapy water mixture on a soft cloth to spot-clean the stripes and sole.
Yes, if the factory insoles are removable, you can replace them with your own orthotics to improve arch support.
They are not designed to be waterproof. It is recommended to use a protective spray to guard against light moisture, but avoid deep puddles.
Store them in a ventilated area, ideally stuffed with paper or a shoe tree to help them keep their shape over time.
Try a double-knot or ensure the laces are threaded tightly from the bottom eyelets upwards.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dry dirt, or use a specialist suede/leather cleaner depending on the specific surface finish.
This is a natural occurrence with low-profile leather-style trainers; using shoe trees when not in use can help maintain the shape.
When you first take your shoes out of the box, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension across the midfoot. For compatibility, the Grey colourway is highly neutral, making it an ideal match for denim, chinos, or shorts. To maintain the condition of your shoes, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. If the material becomes soiled, gently wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking the materials or putting them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the structure and adhesive bonds of the shoe.
