The Adidas Supernova Glide trainers are designed for adult female runners seeking a blend of cushioning and stability. Their key benefit is providing a comfortable, supportive experience for both pavement running and exploring new paths, thanks to the Dreamstrike midsole and durable outsole. A potential caveat is that while they offer a standard fit, individuals with wider feet might find them snug.

Yes, the Adidas Supernova Glide trainers are designed to be true to size and offer a standard fit. It is recommended to order your usual size.
Yes, the lightweight rubber outsole offers reliable traction suitable for exploring new paths and light trails, in addition to pavement running.
These trainers feature the Dreamstrike midsole, which runs the full length of the shoe, providing a perfect mix of soft cushioning and stability.
Clean them with a damp cloth and mild soap, then wipe with fresh water. Allow them to air dry naturally away from heat. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying.
The Adidas Supernova Glide trainers are available in adult female sizes 3 - 8, with half sizes available in selected sizes.
The Dreamstrike midsole provides stability along with cushioning, which generally aids in supporting the foot's arch during activity. However, individual support needs may vary.
Loosen the laces and adjust the fit. If the issue persists, consider if a wider fit option is available or if the shoes need a break-in period.
Ensure the outsole is clean and free from debris. The rubber outsole is designed for reliable traction, but accumulated mud or dirt can affect performance. Check for wear and tear on the outsole tread.
Verify lacing is not too tight or too loose. Ensure socks are appropriate for running. If discomfort continues, the shoe may not be the right fit for your foot type or running style.
Setup: These trainers are ready to wear straight out of the box. Ensure you tie the laces to your preferred level of tightness for a secure fit.
Compatibility: Designed for adult female runners. They are true to size and offer a standard fit.
