Troubleshooting

Zipper is stuck

Gently try to wiggle the zipper pull. If fabric is caught, carefully pull the fabric away from the zipper teeth. Lubricate the teeth with a graphite pencil or wax if needed.

Down loft is reduced after washing

Tumble dry the jacket on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls. This helps to break up clumps of down and restore its fluffy volume.

Water repellency seems diminished

Ensure the jacket is clean. Apply a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) re-proofer spray specifically designed for down jackets and technical outerwear, following product instructions.
