FAQs

What is the primary material of the Alrai jacket?

Is this jacket suitable for very cold weather?

The jacket is designed for lightweight warmth and is ideal for transitional seasons. For very cold temperatures, it serves best as a layer over other warm clothing.

How should I clean the jacket?

It is recommended to dry clean the jacket only. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying.

What does the logo trim add to the design?

The logo trim along the zipper provides a subtle yet distinctive signature touch, characteristic of the brand.

Can I wear this jacket in the rain?

The nylon material offers some water resistance, suitable for light rain or drizzle. However, it is not designed as a waterproof rain jacket.

What does 'Size: 1' mean?

Size 1 corresponds to a specific sizing convention used by the brand, typically fitting an adult male. Refer to the brand's official size chart for exact measurements.

Troubleshooting

Jacket appears flat or less puffy after shipping

Gently shake the jacket or use a low-heat tumble dry setting (if specified on the care label and with dryer balls) to help restore the loft of the down.

Zipper is difficult to move

Ensure there is no fabric caught in the zipper teeth. If it persists, apply a small amount of graphite from a pencil or a specialized zipper lubricant to the teeth.

Minor mark on the nylon surface

Try to gently spot clean with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid rubbing vigorously. For stubborn marks, consult professional cleaning services.
