Troubleshooting
Water Leaks: Water entering the shoe.
Check for any damage to the GORE-TEX membrane. If no damage is found, ensure the shoes are properly laced and that the tongue is correctly positioned to prevent water entry. If the problem persists, contact Salomon support.
Poor Grip: Reduced traction on wet surfaces.
Clean the CONTAGRIP sole to remove any dirt or debris that may be reducing grip. Ensure the sole is not excessively worn. Consider replacing the shoes if the sole is worn out.
