The HOKA Bondi 9 Trainers are ideal for adults seeking a reliable, cushioned daily trainer that combines athletic performance with a versatile aesthetic. These shoes utilize HOKA's signature cushioning technology to provide a smooth, stable ride during walking or light training, making them perfect for long days on your feet; however, users should note that the high-cushion platform may feel different if you are transitioning from minimalist footwear.

The Bondi 9 generally provides a comfortable standard fit, though individual foot shape varies. We recommend trying them on while wearing the socks you intend to use daily.
While these are excellent for daily wear and walking, they are optimized for comfort and stability rather than high-speed technical running.
As a general rule for daily trainers, it is recommended to replace them every 300 to 500 miles, or when you notice the foam has stopped providing its usual bounce.
The Bondi 9 series is available in both male-specific and unisex sizing. Please check the specific variant details to ensure you select the correct size for your needs.
Yes, the insoles are removable, which is helpful if you use custom orthotics.
Ensure your laces are not tied too tightly across the midfoot, as feet tend to swell naturally during the day.
Use a magic eraser or a soft cloth with mild detergent to gently scrub the foam midsole, taking care not to damage the material.
To ensure the best fit, verify your UK size against the specific variant measurements, as athletic footwear should allow for a thumb's width of space at the toe box. When cleaning your Bondi 9 trainers, avoid machine washing or drying. Instead, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive soap. Allow the shoes to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to maintain the integrity of the cushioning foam.
