These shoes are true-to-size for most adult users, but ensure your foot feels secure without excessive pressure on the midfoot. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft-bristle brush. If the trainers become heavily soiled, use a mild soap and a damp cloth; avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as these can compromise the structural integrity of the specialized sole. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to preserve the materials.
