The Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 is designed for adult runners and fitness enthusiasts who value a blend of heritage aesthetic and reliable modern-day comfort. Originally launched in 2010, these trainers provide dependable performance for daily road running and gym training sessions, though their retro-inspired design is better suited for moderate mileage rather than high-intensity marathon training.

They are designed for daily running and training. While comfortable for standard distances, they are categorized as versatile trainers rather than specialized long-distance marathon shoes.
Yes, their stable platform makes them an excellent choice for gym-based training, including treadmill use and general fitness activities.
The ProGrid Omni 9 generally fits true to size. We recommend checking your size against standard UK sizing and ensuring there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, which may discolor the specific beige fabric.
These trainers are designed for breathability and are not waterproof. They are best suited for dry or light weather conditions.
Try a runner's loop (heel lock) lacing technique to better secure the ankle.
Use a dry, clean microfiber cloth to gently wipe down the upper after every few sessions.
To ensure your Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 trainers last, follow these maintenance tips. Before first use, ensure the laces are adjusted to your specific foot volume to prevent slippage. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft-bristled brush after your runs. If the shoes become heavily soiled, hand wash them with cold water and mild soap; never place them in a washing machine or dryer, as extreme heat can degrade the cushioning materials and adhesives. Air dry away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the beige materials.
