The Saucony Progrid Guide 9 OG trainers are designed for adult men who value a blend of retro-inspired aesthetics and modern athletic support. Originally launched in 2010, these trainers provide the key benefit of responsive cushioning paired with structural stability, making them ideal for casual wear or light fitness activities. While they offer excellent breathability, potential buyers should note that the rubberised cage overlays provide a firmer fit that may require a short break-in period for wider feet.

Yes, the insoles are removable and can be replaced with custom orthotics if required.
No, machine washing can damage the materials and glue. Please use a soft cloth and mild soap for cleaning.
The upper is crafted from a high-quality breathable mesh with rubberised cage overlays for structural support.
Loosen the laces across the middle of the shoe to allow the rubberised cage to expand slightly during the break-in phase.
Spot clean using a mixture of mild soap and water with a soft-bristled brush, then air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
To ensure the longevity of your Saucony Progrid Guide 9 OG trainers, always loosen the laces fully before inserting your feet to prevent unnecessary stress on the heel collar. Because of the mesh construction, these shoes are best kept away from heavy mud or harsh abrasive environments to preserve the integrity of the fabric. To clean, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and wipe the mesh and cage overlays with a damp cloth; avoid machine washing or using high-heat dryers, as these can compromise the structural adhesives and cushioning materials.
