The Saucony Pro Grid Omni 9 is designed for adult wearers who appreciate a blend of retro aesthetic and modern comfort for daily street wear. This trainer excels in providing stable, cushioned support through its signature Pro Grid midsole and breathable upper construction, though its distinct late-2000s style profile may not suit those seeking a minimalist or ultra-streamlined look.

While it features performance technology from 2010, the Omni 9 is currently positioned as a lifestyle trainer for casual, everyday use.
Yes, the rubberized cage overlays and the structural design of the Pro Grid midsole offer significant midfoot stability and support.
While the rubber outsole provides decent traction, the open mesh upper is not waterproof and will allow water to permeate the shoe.
The Pro Grid Omni 9 generally runs true to standard UK sizes. If you prefer extra room for thicker socks, consider a half-size up.
Spot clean with a gentle sneaker cleaner or diluted mild soap and water, focusing on the mesh with a soft brush.
Pro Grid is a cushioning system designed to absorb impact and distribute pressure evenly across the foot for a smoother ride.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently dislodge particles from the mesh pores.
Use a shoe tree when not wearing the trainers to help maintain the structural shape of the cage.
Because the Pro Grid Omni 9 fits true to size, you should order your standard adult trainer size. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft brush, and use a damp cloth with mild soap for the mesh components. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can degrade the heat-welded details and midsole foam. Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading or material breakdown.
