FAQs

What is the bed made of?

The bed is made from the softest plush fabric for ultimate comfort.

What are the dimensions of the bed?

Please refer to the product specifications for exact dimensions as they vary based on the size.

Can I wash the entire bed?

Spot clean the bed with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The removable ring can be hand-washed.

Is the bed suitable for older dogs?

The bed is designed specifically for puppies. It may not be suitable for older dogs as they grow.

Where can I purchase a heat pad?

Heat pads can be purchased at most pet stores or online retailers. Ensure the pad is designed for pets and suitable for the bed.

What if my puppy chews the bed?

Supervise your puppy. While the bed is durable, excessive chewing may damage it. Consider using a chew-proof bed.

How do I adjust the ring?

The ring can be adjusted and repositioned as your puppy grows, creating a snug or more spacious sleeping area.

Troubleshooting

Puppy is not using the bed.

Place a familiar scent (e.g., a blanket with the puppy's mother's scent) in the bed to encourage use. Place the bed near the puppy's favourite spot.

Bed is soiled.

Clean the soiled area immediately with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Ensure the bed is completely dry before allowing the puppy to use it again. Consider using a waterproof liner.

The ring is not staying in place.

Ensure the ring is properly inserted and adjusted to fit the bed's dimensions.
