The Skechers Microspec Trainers are designed for active kids who need a reliable, comfortable shoe for daily play. These trainers offer a significant benefit in ease of use thanks to their adaptive closure system, though parents should note that the mesh upper, while breathable, may show wear faster than full-leather alternatives in rugged conditions. This lightweight footwear features a cushioned comfort insole and a shock-absorbing midsole, making them an ideal choice for running, jumping, and general school activities.

Yes, they generally follow standard UK sizing for children.
No, it is highly recommended to air-dry the shoes to prevent damage to the foam midsole and adhesives.
The stretch laces and adjustable strap provide a degree of flexibility that can accommodate various foot shapes, though they are standard width.
Wash them as needed when they become visibly dirty or start to retain odour.
The mesh upper is breathable and is not designed to be waterproof.
The insoles are typically integrated into the design for comfort; removing them is not advised.
Clean the debris or lint out of the hook side of the fastener using a small brush or tweezers.
Since the shoes are machine washable, run them through a gentle cycle and let them air dry completely.
Wipe the bottom of the soles with a damp cloth to remove accumulated dirt or floor wax that might be affecting traction.
To achieve the best fit, ensure the hook-and-loop strap is adjusted snugly across the top of the foot. Since these shoes are machine washable, it is recommended to place them in a pillowcase or mesh laundry bag before washing on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach. Air-dry the shoes in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or direct sunlight, which can compromise the materials and the adhesive of the soles. Regular inspection of the outsole is recommended to remove trapped pebbles or debris that may affect traction.
