Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup
- Adjust the Strap: Before wearing, loosen the strap buckle and place your foot into the clog. Adjust the strap so it feels secure but not too tight. You should be able to slide a finger comfortably under the strap.
- Initial Fit: Ensure your heel sits comfortably in the heel cup and your toes are not touching the front rim. There should be a small gap around your heel and toes. Walk a few steps to confirm the fit.

Care & Maintenance for Suede
Suede is a delicate material that requires specific care to maintain its appearance and longevity.
- Water Protection: Apply a high-quality suede and nubuck protector spray before first wear and reapply periodically. This helps repel water and prevent stains.
- Regular Cleaning: Use a dedicated suede brush to gently brush off dirt and dust. Brush in one direction to restore the nap.
- Spot Cleaning: For stubborn stains, use a specialized suede cleaner and follow the product instructions carefully. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive scrubbing.
- Drying: If the clogs get wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not put them in a dryer.
- Storage: Store them in a cool, dry place, ideally with shoe trees or crumpled paper inside to maintain their shape.
- Avoid Excessive Moisture: Suede is not water-resistant. Avoid wearing your clogs in heavy rain, snow, or excessively damp conditions.
