FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
While they offer excellent cushioning, they are primarily designed for lifestyle and light training rather than long-distance high-intensity running.
How should I clean the black and blue fabric?
Spot clean using a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submersing in water.
Is the sizing true to fit?
The Lunar Roam generally follows standard Nike sizing, though the fit is designed to be snug for stability.
Can I replace the insoles?
The insoles are designed for the specific cushioning profile of this shoe; replacing them may alter the performance and comfort provided by the Lunar system.
Are these suitable for wet weather?
They are suitable for general outdoor use, but the breathable material is not waterproof and may become saturated in heavy rain.
Troubleshooting
Feeling discomfort after long periods of wear
Ensure the laces are adjusted to allow for natural foot swelling during the day, or consider using thinner socks.
External scuffs on the upper material
Use a specialized sneaker cleaning foam and a soft-bristled brush to gently buff the area.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Nike Lunar Roam trainers, keep them clean by wiping the surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can compromise the integrity of the cushioning and synthetic materials. Ensure that you select the correct UK size—such as the 4.5 size noted here—as the internal architecture of the Lunar Roam is designed for a performance-focused fit. Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
