The Dulux Heritage DH Stone Velvet Matt Emulsion Paint is designed for homeowners and interior decorators seeking a premium, sophisticated finish for walls and ceilings that blends classic British design with modern durability. Its key benefit is the infusion of finely blended clays and high-quality pigments, which result in a rich, velvety texture that is both tactile and visually elegant. A notable caveat for users is that because each container is mixed to order, the product is non-returnable and non-refundable, requiring careful confirmation of your chosen colour before purchase.

No, this formula is specifically developed for interior walls and ceilings.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth with mild detergent and gently dab the area. Avoid scrubbing, as this may burnish the matte finish.
Ensure you are using the correct length nap on your roller and maintain a 'wet edge' during application to prevent the paint from drying too quickly at the seams.
Ensure the paint is thoroughly stirred from the bottom up before use to distribute the pigments and clays evenly.
This may be due to improper surface preparation; lightly sand the wall and wipe clean before applying a second coat.
Before application, ensure your surfaces are clean, dry, and free of loose paint or dust. For best results, use a high-quality roller or brush suitable for matte emulsions. When applying, maintain a consistent "wet edge" to ensure a uniform finish across large wall areas.
Care Instructions: To maintain the appearance, avoid harsh abrasive cleaners. Use a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water for cleaning. For storage, ensure the lid is tightly sealed and the tin is kept in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight or freezing temperatures.
