Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup
- Lacing: Experiment with different lacing techniques to find the most secure and comfortable fit for your foot type. Ensure laces are tied snugly to prevent foot slippage during dynamic movements.
- Break-In Period: Wear the shoes for lighter activities initially to allow them to conform to your feet before engaging in intense workouts.
Compatibility
These shoes are primarily designed for training and gym activities, including:
- Weightlifting
- HIIT and circuit training
- Functional fitness
- Cross-training
- General gym workouts
They are compatible with most gym surfaces and training environments. While they can handle short runs, they are not specialized running shoes.
Care & Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the shoes with a damp cloth and mild soap after use to remove dirt and sweat. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing, which can damage materials.
- Drying: Allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can cause material breakdown.
- Odor Control: Remove insoles periodically to air them out. You can also use shoe deodorizers or baking soda to help absorb odors.
- Storage: Store shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to preserve material integrity.
- Inspection: Regularly check for signs of wear and tear, especially on the sole and upper, to ensure continued safety and performance.
