Troubleshooting
Feeling of excess heat inside the shoe
Ensure you are using thin, technical moisture-wicking socks rather than thick cotton socks to aid the OrthoLite liner.
Outsole losing grip
Clean any debris or caked-on dirt from the HYBRID ASICSGRIP treads using a soft-bristled brush.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Gel Kayano 33 trainers, always untie the laces before removing the shoes to preserve the heel counter's structure. If your shoes become wet, remove the OrthoLite sockliner and air-dry them in a well-ventilated space away from direct heat sources like radiators. For cleaning, wipe down the exterior with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing or drying, as this can break down the adhesives and foam properties. Ensure your shoe size is checked against your specific arch support needs to maximize the effectiveness of the FLUIDSUPPORT system.
