The adidas Handball Spezial is a versatile, iconic trainer designed for adults who value a blend of vintage aesthetic and modern everyday comfort. Ideal for casual daily wear, these trainers provide excellent stability and a sophisticated look in their signature brown colourway, though users should note that the flat gum sole is optimized for lifestyle use rather than high-impact athletic performance.

While rooted in handball heritage, this version is primarily designed as a lifestyle trainer for everyday casual wear.
These trainers follow standard adidas UK adult sizing; it is recommended to buy your usual size.
It is not recommended to machine wash your trainers, as this can damage the materials and glue, potentially affecting the shoe's structural integrity.
Like all dyed materials, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause slight fading. Proper storage is recommended.
This specific variant is designed for an adult female fit, though the style remains unisex in aesthetic appeal.
Pat the shoe dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not use direct heat sources like hair dryers.
This is common with high-quality materials; use a shoe tree when not wearing to help the shoe retain its shape.
Wipe the gum sole with a damp cloth to remove any accumulated dust or polish that may be causing the lack of traction.
Use a double knot or replace with slightly textured athletic laces if higher friction is required.
Upon receiving your trainers, ensure the fit is snug across the midfoot. These shoes fit true to standard adidas adult sizing. To maintain the condition of your brown Handball Spezial trainers, avoid submerging them in water. Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust and dirt from the upper materials. For deeper cleaning, use a specialized leather or suede cleaner compatible with the upper material. When not in use, store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading and material degradation. Consider using a protective spray to guard against minor spills and moisture.
