Setup, Compatibility & Care
For optimal performance, ensure you are wearing socks of appropriate thickness for hiking to properly match your measured size. If you use custom orthotics, the factory insoles are generally removable to accommodate your own inserts. To clean your shoes after a trail outing, brush off loose dirt with a soft brush and clean the upper with lukewarm water and a mild soap. Avoid putting these shoes in the washing machine or dryer, as high heat can degrade the integrity of the Helion midsole and the upper's synthetic fibers. Always air-dry the shoes in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
