FAQs

What are the dimensions of a single Durable Key Clip?

A single Durable Key Clip measures approximately 6.8 cm in height, 2.4 cm in width, and 1.5 cm in depth.

Can I use these key clips without a specific key rail?

While the clips can hold keys, their intended secure and organized function relies on being used with Durable's specifically designed key rails. They may not hang securely or display labels optimally without the compatible rail system.

Where can I find the DURAPRINT software and label templates?

Label templates can be downloaded free of charge from the DURAPRINT section of the manufacturer's website.

What material are the key clips made from?

The Durable Key Clips are made from high-quality plastic.

How many key clips are included in the 'Multicolor' pack?

The 'Multicolor' pack (model 195700) typically contains 6 key clips in assorted colors.

What is the warranty period for Durable Key Clips?

The product comes with a 1-year guarantee.

Troubleshooting

Key clip label holder is difficult to open.

Ensure you are pressing the correct part of the holder to open it. If it feels stuck, check for any debris or obstruction. Try gently wiggling it open.

Key clip does not hang securely on the rail.

Verify that you are using a compatible Durable key rail. Ensure the key clip is properly aligned with the rail's indentation and pushed fully into place.

Labels are fading or illegible.

Use a permanent marker or a high-quality printer for the labels. Ensure labels are properly sealed within the holder to protect them from wear and tear.

Key ring is difficult to attach or remove.

The key ring loop is designed for standard key rings. If a particular key ring is difficult to attach, try a different, smaller loop key ring.
