Product Information
Full details
The Durable KEY CLIP is an ideal solution for office managers, facility caretakers, or homeowners looking to streamline their key management systems. Its primary benefit is a unique design that keeps labels visible even when the key is attached, ensuring rapid identification and retrieval. While these clips are highly effective, they are specifically engineered for compatibility with Durable brand key rails and key safe systems, which may limit their utility if you are using a non-Durable storage cabinet.

FAQs
Can I use these without a Durable key rail?
While you can technically hold them, they will not 'lock' into place securely without the specific indentations found on official Durable key rails.
Are the labels included?
The pack includes the clips; you can design and print your own inserts using the free DURAPRINT software.
Can I remove the key ring while the clip is on the rail?
Yes, but the design is intended to allow you to swap labels without needing to remove the key from the ring itself.
What are the dimensions of the clip?
Each clip measures approximately 24mm in width, 68mm in height, and 15mm in depth.
Do these come in other colors?
Yes, they are available in black, red, yellow, and blue to assist with color-coded organization.
Troubleshooting
Label holder keeps popping open
Ensure the label card is not too thick. Over-stuffing the compartment can prevent the latch from clicking fully into place.
Clip does not stay on the rail
Verify you are using an official Durable KEY RAIL. The clips rely on specific indentations in the rail to lock into position.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using your Durable KEY CLIPS, visit the official Durable website to download the DURAPRINT software to create your professional labels. Once printed, simply unclip the front panel of the KEY CLIP, insert the label, and snap it closed.
Compatibility is vital for this product: these clips are intended to hook onto specifically produced Durable KEY RAILS. Ensure your existing key cabinet is compatible or purchase the dedicated rail system to maximize stability. To maintain the clips, simply wipe them down with a soft, dry cloth if they become dusty. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can cloud the clear plastic display window.
