Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Nike Free Metcon 7 trainers maintain their performance, follow these guidelines:
- Fitting: Ensure the laces are tightened properly to utilize the adjustable fit feature, providing a locked-in sensation during heavy lifts.
- Surface Usage: While designed for indoor gym environments, the durable tread performs well on rubber mats, wooden studio floors, and low-pile gym turf.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth after workouts to remove dust or debris from the tread. Air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent material damage.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the structural components and the foam sole.
