Oral-B Vitality Pro Electric Toothbrush - Purple

It is recommended to replace your Oral-B brush head every three months, or sooner if the bristles are visibly splayed or frayed. A worn brush head is less effective at removing plaque.

The Vitality Pro offers Daily Clean for standard, thorough brushing, Sensitive mode for gentle cleaning for sensitive areas, and Sensitive Plus mode which provides an even softer, extra gentle experience, ideal for very sensitive gums or teeth.

Usage by children under age 3 is not recommended. For children over 3, the toothbrush can be used with supervision and instruction, particularly concerning safe use and understanding of associated hazards. The Sensitive modes are generally suitable for children.

The Oral-B Vitality Pro is designed with a reliable, long-lasting battery. Exact battery life depends on usage frequency and duration, but typically it provides several days of brushing on a full charge for regular twice-daily use.

Yes, the Oral-B Vitality Pro is compatible with all genuine Oral-B round replacement brush heads, including those designed for Deep Clean, Gentle Clean, Whitening, and Ortho care.

If you notice any damage to the product, cords, or accessories, immediately discontinue use. Do not attempt to modify or repair the product yourself. Contact an authorized Oral-B Service Centre for assistance or repair.

Ensure the charging base is securely plugged into a working power outlet. Place the toothbrush handle firmly on the charging base. Confirm there is power at the outlet. If the issue persists, check the power cord and charger for any visible damage. If damaged, do not use and contact customer support.

First, ensure the brush head is correctly attached to the handle. Remove and reattach it firmly. Check for any debris or toothpaste residue that might be blocking the shaft where the brush head attaches. If the problem continues, the battery might be low; place the toothbrush on its charger for a full charge.

Ensure you are using proper brushing technique (letting the brush do the work, moving slowly from tooth to tooth). Your brush head may be worn out; replace it every three months, or sooner if bristles are splayed. If you experience discomfort, try switching to a Sensitive or Sensitive Plus mode.

The 2-minute timer is built into the handle. Ensure the brush is turned on and being used. The timer provides a brief stuttering sound/vibration every 30 seconds to indicate moving to the next quadrant, and a longer one after 2 minutes. If it's not functioning, ensure the battery is fully charged. If the problem persists, the unit may require servicing.
