FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The On Cloudtilt is primarily engineered for lifestyle and everyday casual wear rather than high-performance running.
How do I determine my size?
These trainers follow standard UK adult sizing. Use your typical sneaker size for the best fit.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes, as it can damage the specialized foam midsoles.
What material is the upper made of?
The upper is constructed from high-quality polyester, designed for durability and breathability.
Does the Cloudtilt offer arch support?
Yes, the CloudTech Phase system is designed to provide balanced support suitable for most foot shapes for everyday wear.
Are they suitable for rainy weather?
While durable, they are not waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy downpours to keep the materials clean and dry.
Troubleshooting
Visible dirt on the mesh upper
Gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush and lukewarm water; allow to air dry completely.
Uncomfortable pressure points
Ensure the laces are evenly tensioned and that the tongue is centered properly before tightening.
Laces coming undone
Double-knot the laces or ensure the aglets are pushed firmly through the eyelets for a secure lock.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your On Cloudtilt Trainers maintain their performance and look, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Sizing: These shoes are designed with a standard adult fit; ensure you select your correct UK size for optimal comfort.
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the polyester upper. For deeper cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth using mild soap. Avoid soaking the shoes or putting them in a washing machine, as this may compromise the foam density.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation or color fading.
- Air Drying: Always allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature after cleaning or exposure to moisture.
