Troubleshooting

Mat is not lying flat

Unroll the mat completely and allow it to sit in a warm environment for a few hours. If the issue persists, try placing heavy objects on the corners overnight.

Mat has a persistent odor

Ensure the mat is completely dry after cleaning. If the odor persists, try washing it again on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and allow it to air dry thoroughly outdoors.

Dirt is not being trapped effectively

Check that the mat's surface is clean. Over time, excessive build-up of fine dust might reduce its trapping efficiency. A thorough machine wash should restore its performance.

Color seems to be fading

Prolonged, direct exposure to intense sunlight can cause colors to fade over time. Consider repositioning the mat to a less exposed area or bringing it in during peak sun hours.
