Troubleshooting
Mat is not lying flat
Unroll the mat completely and allow it to sit in a warm environment for a few hours. You can also place heavy objects on the edges to help flatten it.
Reduced anti-slip performance
Ensure the floor surface beneath the mat is clean and dry. Grime or moisture can reduce the effectiveness of the anti-slip backing.
Mat still looks dirty after cleaning
For stubborn stains, try a dedicated carpet stain remover suitable for PVC or synthetic materials. Always test in an inconspicuous area first. For machine washing, ensure you use a suitable detergent and a gentle cycle.
Mat has an odor
The odor is typically from the recycled PVC material and should dissipate after a few days of airing out. Wash the mat and allow it to air dry outdoors to help remove any residual smell.

Setup: Unroll the mat and place it in your desired location. Ensure the area is dry before placement for optimal anti-slip performance.
Compatibility: Suitable for most floor surfaces including tile, wood, laminate, and concrete. Can be used both indoors and outdoors. Compatible with underfloor heating (always check manufacturer guidelines for specific heating systems).
Care:
- Light Cleaning: Shake out loose dirt or debris. For minor spills or dirt, wipe with a damp cloth or use a hose.

- Maintenance: Regularly check the mat for any debris trapped within the noodles. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
Note: Do not use in extremely slippery or icy conditions as this may compromise the anti-slip function.
