Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your HOKA Anacapa 2 Low hiking shoes, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in Period: While comfortable out of the box, wear them on shorter walks before heading out on long-distance hikes to allow the materials to conform to your foot.
- Cleaning: Gently brush off dry dirt after each hike. If deeper cleaning is needed, use cold water and a soft-bristled brush. Avoid soaking the shoes or using harsh detergents, as these can degrade the GORE-TEX membrane.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or direct sunlight, which can cause the materials to warp or crack.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture buildup inside the shoe.
