Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Getting started with your Project Rock 6 shoes is straightforward:
- Lacing: Unlace the shoes sufficiently to easily slide your foot in.
- Fit: Ensure your heel is comfortably seated in the back of the shoe and your toes have a small amount of space at the front.
- Tighten: Systematically tighten the laces from the toes upwards, ensuring a snug but not overly tight fit across your instep. Secure with a double knot for intense workouts.
Compatibility
These training shoes are designed for adult males for general training and gym activities. They are compatible with a wide range of athletic apparel and can be used for most indoor and outdoor non-specialized training sessions.
Care Instructions
Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your Project Rock 6 shoes:
- Cleaning: Gently brush off loose dirt with a soft brush (like an old toothbrush). For tougher stains, use a mild soap (like laundry detergent) mixed with cool water and a soft cloth or sponge. Wipe the exterior thoroughly.
- Drying: Always air dry your shoes at room temperature, away from direct heat sources or sunlight, which can damage materials. You can stuff them with newspaper to absorb moisture and help maintain their shape.
- Odor Control: Remove insoles periodically to air them out. Consider using shoe deodorizers or baking soda inside the shoes when not in use to prevent odors.
- Storage: Store them in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures for prolonged periods.
