Setup, Compatibility & Care
These boots require no specific setup; they are ready for use upon purchase. They are compatible with most standard work attire and safety gear. To ensure longevity and maintain performance:
- Cleaning: After each use, rinse off any mud or debris with clean water. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water with a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents, as they can degrade the Purofort material.
- Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources like radiators or fires, as this can cause the material to crack or warp.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure they are clean and completely dry before storing to prevent mold or mildew.
- Inspection: Regularly check the outsole for wear, especially around the tread wear indicator, and inspect for any signs of damage to the Purofort material or steel components.
