A refurbished iPhone has been previously owned and then inspected, repaired if necessary, cleaned, and restored to full working condition. It may have minor cosmetic imperfections but functions like new. This unit comes with a 12-month warranty.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max has an IP68 rating, meaning it can withstand submersion in water up to 6 meters (about 19.7 feet) for up to 30 minutes. However, water damage is generally not covered under warranty, so intentional submersion or exposure to liquids should be avoided.
Typically, refurbished iPhones come with the device itself and a USB-C to Lightning cable. A power adapter and headphones are generally not included and must be purchased separately.
You can transfer data using iCloud Backup, iTunes/Finder backup, or by using the Quick Start feature during initial setup if your old phone is also an iPhone. Android users can download the 'Move to iOS' app from the Google Play Store.
Yes, the iPhone 13 Pro Max fully supports MagSafe technology, allowing you to use MagSafe chargers, wallets, and cases that attach magnetically to the back of the device.
No, iPhones do not support expandable storage via microSD cards. The 1 TB internal storage is the maximum capacity for this device. You can utilize iCloud storage for additional cloud-based space.
Battery life varies significantly based on usage. The iPhone 13 Pro Max is known for excellent battery endurance, often lasting a full day or more for most users. However, as this is a refurbished unit, its maximum battery capacity might be slightly less than 100% of a new device. You can check its current health in `Settings` > `Battery` > `Battery Health`.
Check battery usage in `Settings` > `Battery` to identify power-hungry apps. Reduce screen brightness, disable Background App Refresh for non-essential apps, and ensure 'Optimized Battery Charging' is on. If refurbished, battery health might be lower; check `Battery Health` in settings.
Force close the app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tapping the Home button on older models) and swiping the app card away. Restart your iPhone. Ensure the app and iOS are updated to their latest versions.
Toggle Wi-Fi/Cellular Data off and on again. Restart your router for Wi-Fi issues. Check your cellular plan for data caps or throttling. Reset Network Settings via `Settings` > `General` > `Transfer or Reset iPhone` > `Reset` > `Reset Network Settings` (this will clear Wi-Fi passwords).
Ensure your face is clear of obstructions and your camera is clean. Check `Settings` > `Face ID & Passcode` to ensure it's enabled for the desired functions. If issues persist, try resetting Face ID and setting it up again.
Perform a force restart: quickly press and release the Volume Up button, then quickly press and release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
