Can these boots help improve my ball control?

Yes, the engineered 3D textures at key ball contact zones are optimized to enhance ball grip and control, which can improve your dribbling, passing, and finishing.

How should I clean and care for my Puma Future 7 Match boots?

Always refer to the product label for specific care instructions. Generally, clean off dirt and debris with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use. Air dry them away from direct heat to maintain material integrity.

Troubleshooting

Boots feel too tight or uncomfortable during play.

Ensure you have the correct size. The FUZIONFIT360 upper is adaptive, but new boots may require a short break-in period. Adjust lacing for a more customized and comfortable fit. Consider wearing thinner socks if the issue persists.

Experiencing lack of grip or slipping on the pitch.

Verify that the boots are suitable for the specific ground type you are playing on (Firm Ground or Artificial Grass). Check the studs for any excessive wear or embedded debris that might reduce traction. Clean the soleplate regularly.

Foot is sliding inside the boot.

Ensure your laces are tied securely to lock your foot in place. Use football-specific socks designed to prevent slippage. The micro-perforated heel padding is designed to minimize this, so check if your foot is properly seated within the boot.

Boots seem to be wearing out quickly.

Always follow the care instructions on the product label. Avoid using the boots on surfaces they are not designed for (e.g., concrete or indoor courts). Clean them regularly and store them in a dry, ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat.

Ball control or feel is not as expected.

Ensure your boots are clean, especially the engineered 3D texture zones. Practice with the boots to get accustomed to the enhanced ball grip. Proper technique and foot placement are also key for optimal control.
