Troubleshooting
Water seeping into the shoes.
Ensure the Powerstrap and laces are securely fastened to create a good seal. Check the shoe for any visible damage to the waterproof membrane or seams. Clean the shoes according to care instructions; dirt can sometimes compromise seals.
Child finds them difficult to put on.
Loosen the Speed Laces and Powerstrap completely before attempting to put the shoe on. Utilize the pull tabs at the heel and tongue to help guide the foot in. Practice with your child on how to best use the features.
Reduced grip on slippery surfaces.
Clean the Missiongrip outsole with water to remove any embedded dirt or debris that might be reducing traction. Ensure the shoes are not excessively worn, as tread wear can impact grip.
Discomfort or rubbing.
Verify the size is correct; shoes that are too small or too large can cause discomfort. Ensure socks are worn properly and do not bunch up inside the shoe. Break in the shoes with short periods of wear before extended use.
